Payments

Payments are in Pounds Sterling (£). Shipping is calculated at check out and does not include the relevant import duties.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch the stocked items within 3-5 days of purchase.

Important information for customers outside the United Kingdom

Following the UK departure from the EU on 01.01.2021 additional taxes and duties may now be applied by EU countries.

  

Returns & exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of dispatch and be unused.
The customer is responsible for the return postage. Please retain proof of shipping as without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
Faulty goods must be returned within 30 days.
